Well done to our senior camogie team on their performance last Sunday against Sarsfields at Woodlands. In this, our first competitive senior camogie game, we battled from the first whistle to the last, however it was Sarsfields who came out the victors. It is great to see how far the girls have come in such a short period of time and it’s down to the hard work both they and their coaches put in at their training sessions. It was also great to see a good crowd turn out to cheer them on.
Finally, congratulations to Sarsfields on the win and a special mention on their wonderful sporting gesture of applauding our team off the pitch at the end of the game.
