The senior footballers were worthy winners away to Ard Eoin on Wednesday evening with a comfortable eleven point winning margin.
We dominated the game throughout and controlled the first half building up a nice lead at the break with scores from Anthony Hargan 0-1, Gerard Slane 0-5 and Dealgan Mooney 1-1, restricting Ard Eoin to scores from frees.
We maintained the same tempo in the second half and pushed on with with highlights being two well taken goals from Anto Hargan and Niall McParland. Points from Stiofan, Gerarad Slane, Michael Connolly and Odhran O’Kane left us winners 0-8 to 3-11.
