Davitts U12s lose out by single point

Davitts under 12 footballers continued their league campaign on Friday past with the narrowest of defeats at the hands of a very useful Gortnamona side at Enright Park. It was harsh on the young Clonard outfit who had led for the majority of the game and probably should have then pulled it back in the final minutes.Gortnamona started brightly but after squandering a few early chances found themselves behind to a goal from poacher supreme Niall Hughes.
