A good night was had by all at the annual presentation dinner in the Balmoral Hotel. We had plenty of silverware on the table ranging from the U10 age group up to senior level.
Guest of honour was Mickey McCullough, manager of the All-Ireland winning Antrim Junior camogie team. Mickey gave an excellent speech and had the hall in fits of laughter as he recounted stories of his heros from his childhood past (Fra Gallagher, Tommy Toland, Gavin Shaw).
A successful year saw the Senior Footballers take the Beringer Cup while the Senior Hurlers took the All County Division 4B title and the Ulster Hurling League Division 5.
Indidvidual awards went to Sean O’Neill (Footballer of the Year), Gerard McClenaghan (South Antrim Footballer ofthe Year), Michael Brady (Senior Hurler of the Year), Rory McEvoy (Hurlers Players, Player of the Year), Antoin McCaffrey (Most Memorable Moment) and Canice Mooney (Individual Performance).
