The hurlers came up against a strong Sarsfields side in the latest round of the Ulster hurling league and despite their best endeavours could not match the scoring prowess of their opponents.
This will probably be the best team we will play all season and we wont come up against anything of this calibre in our Antrim league campaign. Despite the margin of defeat we battled hard all over the park particularly in the second half. Our final outing in the Ulster league is on Saturday week away to Newry Shamrocks.
