Senior Footballers lose in Beringer Cup Final

The Senior Footballers lost their second Beringer Cup Final in two years when they were comprehensively beaten by Sarsfields on Sunday night at Casement Park. We had high expectations going into the match but on the night we were no match for a fast and skillful Sarsfields side. We struggled to contain their fast flowing football despite sterling efforts from young Mark McAuley and Collie O’Riordan, our best players on the night.
