On Saturday 24th May we hosted the first U6 hurling go games. St Endas, St Johns, Loch Mor, Eire Og and Sarsfields attended the blitz on what was a beautiful day for hurling. Our kids were a credit to the club We lost only one game but it was a very competitive game and we done everything but score. All clubs where complimentary of the hosting and all kids in attendance had a smile on there faces which at this age is most important. Our numbers at this age group are growing week by week and the kids work hard at training. This can only bode well for the future of hurling in our club. All the mentors would like to thank all who helped and to the parents for their continued support.
