A new trophy will be presented to the winners of the 
County U21 football final this Sunday (Throw-in 2pm at Lamh Dhearg).
St. John’s or St. Mary’s Aghagallon will be the first team to lift the Davitt/John Rowntree Perpetual Cup.
Donated by the club, the trophy is dedicated to the memory of a true Gael, club stalwart and secretary, who passed long before his time.
John unselfishly and tirelessly worked to develop and advance our club, with many of the foundations he helped to lay, now evident both on and off the field.
The trophy will help ensure his name is fondly remembered by everyone connected within the club and wider GAA family.
