The Davitts/St Teresa’s amalgamation team had two games in the All County Minor Football Div 2A last week. On Tuesday night they went down in a tight game at St Teresas to Aghagallon. On the night they had plenty of possession and were in front going into the last 10 minutes, however two late Aghagallon goals gave them the impetus and they went to win 3-7 to 0-13.
However, the Saffrons made no mistake in their second outing on Saturday evening away to Aldergrove where they ran out convincing winners 2-10 to 0-3.
Next up on Tuesday night is another away trip to Glenravel with a 7pm throw in.
