The senior footballers fell to their second defeat of the season when they lost to Ardoyne last Sunday at Mallusk on a score line of 2-12 to 1-11. There was only a single point between the sides at half time when Ardoyne led 1-4 to 0-6 and when we went into a two point lead in the second half it looked as if we would push on and win the game. However, it was Ardoyne who finished the game the stronger and in the last 10 minutes they forged ahead to deserveldy win 2-12 to 1-11.
