The minor footballers went out of the all county minor football championship losing by a single point to Lamh Dearg at the Falls Park last night. Despite leading by a point at half time it was Lamh Dearg who looked the more threating and in the second half they played the better football. Â Despite this we were never out of the game and up until the final whistle we had opportunities to get a draw, however on the night we failed to play with the impetus and intensity we have displayed all season and in the end it just wasn’t enough and Lamh Dearg ran out deserved winners.
