Coaching for the Under 8 and Under 10 panels will commence at Grosvenor Leisure Centre on Sunday 22nd January at 11am. Children (boys and girls) from 6 years up are very welcome as we look forward to another year of enjoyment in playing our national games. New players are very welcome, regardless of experience or ability, as the emphaisis is on fun and participation.
All of the club coaches have either completed or are in the process of completing their Child Protection and Foundation Level Coaching courses, and we will also have a qualified First Aider assigned to each age group.
All we ask is that parents ensure that their children have suitable sports gear and clothing for their coaching sessions.
Club tracksuits and a range of new Centenary Year sportswear are available through the coaches for each age group. The Club looks forward to welcoming parents and children alike during this important and historic year for the Michael Davitt GAC.
