The South Antrim footballers had a convincing win over St Agnes at The Falls Park on Thursday night. Seven of our minor team played at various stages of the game and their contribution was much valued throughout the match, C Toner, B McGovern, T Toland, T Kelly, T Shaw, M Marron and C McGivern. However, oustanding on the night was Anto Robinson (Fabio) who scored 2-2. Liam McGivern equalled Fabio’s tally but Fabio will tell you that both his goals were despatched with clinical precision to the back of the St Agnes net compared with Liam’s efforts.
