The South Antrim footballers completed their league campaign with a hard earned victory over Ardoyne. We started the game brightly, racing into a seven point lead and at half time held an eight point advantage on a score of 2-8 to 1-3.
We took the first point of the second half before Ardoyne staged a comeback to tie the scores at 2-9 each. However at this stage we upped the tempo and with some clinical finishing from our minor contingent we banged in 4-2 without reply.
