The U10 footballers played both St John’s and Gortnamona at Grosvenor today in a round robin group of friendly matches. We won our first game against St John’s and lost out to Gortnamona in the second while the Gorts also took the win against St Johns. We had good performances on the day from N Black, D Bailey, C Fairley, C McCullough, C McGuckin and P Robinson.
It was a great advert for football with all the kids who participated giving their all to throughly entertain their mentors and supporters. Well done to all. Photos can be accessed by clicking here.
