The South Antrim footballers followed up their convincing win over St Agnes with a hard fought victory at the Glen Road on Thursday night. The sides were level at half time 0-4 each with our scores coming from Gerard  Burns 0-2, Liam McGivern 0-1 and Ciaran McGivern 0-1.
As with the seniors the previous night we upped our game in the second half and took a six point lead 1-9 to 0-6. Our scores came from Terry O’Neill 0-1, Gerard Burns 0-2, Ciaran McGivern 0-1, Jay Close 0-1, and the goal from Paul Dynes. St Teresas hit back to narrow the gap to three but a final point from Noel Gorman ensured that we took the points and remained unbeaten. Click here for photos of the game.
