Under 8 and Under 10 Football
This Sunday, Davitts host St Pat’s Lisburn for an under 8 and under 10 challenge game at Grosvenor Leisure Centre, commencing at 11.00am. Be there for 10.45am or at the club for 10.30am. All new players are very welcome.
Under 12 and Under 14 Football
Training at Grosvenor this Sunday at 12 noon.
Under 16 and Minor Football
Davitts had a great challenge game with Carryduff GAC last Friday at Grosvenor. Over 3 twenty minute periods, both teams put in a tremendous amount of commitment and it was a very worthwhile exercise as the Clonard lads get ready for the new season. It was predominantly an under 15 team with 1 or 2 of the younger minor players getting a run out. One of the latter, Tony Kelly put in a great show and helped the younger lads throughout with his leadership and general strength. There was also very good displays from Anthony Rowntree, Pearse McAuley, Conor Moreland, Aaron Slane, Daniel Wilson and Brendan Collins, to name a few. This Friday, we have the first challenge game for the minor Football team who take on Eire Og at Grosvenor, throw in 6.30pm.
